DASMARINAS CITY NEWLY ELECTED BARANGAY OFFICIALS TAKE THEIR OATH OF OFFICE

City of Dasmarinas, Cavite - The City Government of Dasmarinas through the collaboration of DILG Cavite, PNP - Dasmarinas, Presidential Management staff and the Cavite province officials witnessed the Barangay Officials oath taking ceremony last June 23, 2018 held at the church of God gym, Marilag Subdivision, Barangay zone 4 Aguinaldo Highway at 11am with the events guest of honor SAP Bong Go together with the Povince of Cavite officials led by Cavite Governor Boying Remulla and Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Congresswoman Jenny A. Barzaga, Congresswoman Trina Envirga, Dasmarinas City Officials led by City Mayor Elpidio Barzaga Jr., Vice Mayor Rex Mangubat and City Councilors, NGO’s and other guests who participated the event.

Congresswoman Jenny A. Barzaga in her remarks, “ Gawin nyo ng may buong puso at may katapatan ang inyong panunungkulan, maging magandang modelo sa inyong kabarangay at sana gawin nyo ang inyong mga ipinangakong proyekto at programa. Dahil yon ang inaasahan ng inyong mga kabarangay kung kaya’t kanilang ibinigay sa inyo ang tiwala upang mamuno sa inyong barangay.”

City Mayor PD Barzaga in his messages, “ Sa inyong lahat na mga Barangay Officials na manunumpa sa araw na ito, maging katuwang namin kayong lahat sa lungsod ng Dasmarinas sa walang tigil na pag - asenso.”

While guest of honor SAP Bong Go encouraged the newly elected Barangay Officials to share the National Government vision to prevent illegal drugs, criminality, corruption and violent extremism in their respective barangays. SAP Bong Go also added, “ We have one vision, to make our barangays a better and safer place and ultimately make our country a better Philippines.
